Employer provided child care

Daycare services originally date back to the early 19th century when there was a huge part of the welfare and reform movement. Today, daycare services are an integral part of child development. These Pa daycare services provide children with a safe, secure place to learn and grow.

While there have been many changes in how PA childcare centers operate, the biggest chance has been the development of corporate daycare. Corporate daycare services have provided numerous benefits to not only children, but to working parents. Benefits that have come from the development of corporate childcare include the ability to make childcare affordable, the ability to give parents a flexible schedule, and the ability to provide children with a safe, secure learning environment.

The way corporate daycare services work is the employer will often subsidize some or all of the cost of childcare services. This subsidization is applied to childcare that is provided by an employer provided child care facility. These corporate daycare facilities are often located on the corporate premises, which allow parents to have easy access to the childcare services.

One of the reasons employers have decided to start providing employer sponsored childcare is because it helps their employees. A recent study suggested that over 90 percent of the cost of child care is assumed by the parents. This places a heavy burden on many parents that are already living paycheck to paycheck. A corporate daycare facility allows parents to give their children the childcare they need without placing such a heavy financial burden on the parents.

Businesses that are looking to help keep their employees happy may want to consider providing some type of corporate daycare solution. A recent list of top employers suggested that those that offered some type of corporate daycare solution to their employees.
